    About the Company Alden is a privately owned Specialist Residential Aged Care Services Provider dedicated to delivering high-quality care to the elderly. We operate 19 residential facilities across New Zealand, offering rest home, hospital, and dementia care. About the Role We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Kitchen Hand at our Ranburn facility in Waipu. This casual position is ideal for someone who has a passion for supporting the elderly and is looking to contribute to our mission. In this role, you will be responsible for several important functions, including: - Providing kitchen support to the Kitchen Manager and Cook, as well as the rest of the kitchen team. - Assisting in the preparation and delivery of nutritious and visually appealing meals for our residents, ensuring adherence to all food hygiene regulations. - Carrying out all duties in a professional manner at all times. Flexibility to work weekends is required for this position. Requirements We are looking for candidates who are: - Committed to providing excellent service to our residents. - Able to work well in a team-oriented environment. - Attentive to detail and able to follow food hygiene practices.
