About the Role We have opportunities available for Customer Champions, Cooks, and Shift Supervisors. As a Customer Champion, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, preparing and serving our delicious meals, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment as part of a team. If you join us as a Cook, your main duties will include preparing our secret recipe chicken, breading and cooking it to perfection, and managing our fresh chicken supplies while ensuring that the kitchen remains clean and organized. For those interested in a supervisory role, Shift Supervisors will guide their teams to deliver exceptional service throughout their shifts. What's in it for You? We offer competitive pay starting at $23.50 per hour. For those who are Gold Star certified and working as a Cook, the pay goes up to $24.74 per hour. Additionally, as a Shift Supervisor, you can earn up to $25.30 per hour. We provide flexible full-time and part-time work options to fit your lifestyle. Employees who work for more than 4 hours will also receive a complimentary meal. Requirements We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude who thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
