About the Role We are currently seeking reliable casual labourers to assist in the maintenance of our outdoor spaces. In this role, you will help with a variety of gardening and maintenance tasks as needed. Your responsibilities will include mowing small plant areas, weeding, pruning, hedge trimming, developing new garden beds and landscapes, hand-pulling weeds, and performing general labour duties as required. You will work as part of a team to ensure these outdoor areas remain inviting and well-maintained while prioritizing safety for yourself, your colleagues, and the residents. Requirements We welcome applicants with no prior experience, so if you enjoy working outdoors and are not afraid to get your hands dirty, we encourage you to apply.
