    About the Company We are a dedicated team committed to maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces across multiple retirement villages in the Matamata region. About the Role We are currently seeking reliable casual labourers to assist with garden maintenance tasks. In this role, you will contribute to a variety of gardening and maintenance activities, including: - Mowing small plant areas - Weeding, pruning, and hedge trimming - Developing new garden beds and landscapes - Hand-pulling weeds and managing vegetation control - Performing general labour duties as required You will work collaboratively within a team to ensure that these outdoor spaces remain attractive and safe for both residents and staff. Requirements We welcome applicants with no prior experience in gardening or maintenance. If you enjoy working outdoors and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, we encourage you to apply.
