About the Role We are currently seeking an Availability 2IC to join our team during evening hours, from Sunday to Thursday, from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers can easily find what they need and leave our store satisfied. Our reputation as the store of choice for over 90% of New Zealanders is something we hold in high regard, and the Availability 2IC is key to maintaining that standard. As an Availability 2IC, you will work closely with the Availability Manager to oversee stock availability, implement the Manager's Trading Plan, and coordinate the Fill Teams. You will also be responsible for presentation, merchandising, restocking, and recovery during times that minimize disruption to our customers. This role requires effective leadership and the ability to work within tight timeframes to keep our stores well-stocked and visually appealing.
