About the Role
We are currently looking for Carers to join our team in Wellington. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, assisting them with various needs ranging from home management to personal care. Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting clients in achieving their personal goals
- Assisting with daily activities and mobility
- Helping with exercise and medication management (training will be provided)
We have shifts available across all areas of Wellington, offering you flexibility while ensuring that our clients receive continuity of care.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you will need the following:
- Level 2, Level 3, or Level 4 health qualification (or equivalent) is essential. Applications without a health qualification may not be considered.
- A current, clean full driver's license.
- The legal right to work in New Zealand.
- Consistent and long-term availability to ensure continuity with our clients.
- Previous experience as a caregiver or support worker with similar clients.
- A reliable, punctual, honest, and caring demeanor.
