About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to join our People & Capability team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual eager to advance their HR career while enhancing their skills in areas such as administration, recruitment, and HR processes.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for managing HR documentation, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting recruitment efforts, and providing essential HR administrative support to both our operational teams and corporate office.
You will be responsible for coordinating HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment and onboarding, managing documentation, maintaining HR systems and policies, and ensuring compliance. Your contributions will be vital in delivering quality support in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively within our team.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring the following:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in HR administration, coordination, or recruitment support
- Knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation (desirable)
- A willingness to learn, alongside strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence in working with technology
- A professional demeanor with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- The capability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities
