    About the Company We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support for children and youth with special needs. Our Child Wellbeing homes create nurturing environments that foster growth and development for children aged 6 to 18 years. We are currently seeking experienced, motivated, and compassionate House Leaders to join our team and oversee these homes. About the Role As a House Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting a team of Child Wellbeing Support Workers. You will be responsible for ensuring that high standards of care and support are consistently delivered in a safe and nurturing home environment. Your leadership will significantly contribute to shaping positive outcomes for the children in our care. Key Responsibilities You will lead and supervise house staff on a daily basis, ensuring that care plans and routines are effectively followed for each child. Your role will also involve supporting and developing your team through coaching and role modeling. It is essential to ensure compliance with care standards, policies, and procedures while contributing to a positive, safe, and supportive team culture. Additionally, you will be responsible for escalating any issues or concerns to the Manager in a timely manner. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience and a genuine passion for working with children or young people with special needs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with strong organizational and time management abilities. A strong service focus and the ability to lead by example are also important. A current, full driver's license is required.
