    About the Company At Breast Associates, we are a dedicated team of surgeons and physicians committed to providing the highest standard of complete breast care. Located in Remuera, our compassionate and patient-focused clinic seeks to enhance the well-being of our clients through professional and personalized service. About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our specialized team on a part-time basis. This position involves working two full days per week, with specific days and hours to be discussed during the interview process. Our ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. You should be comfortable interacting with both clients and clinicians in a professional manner. Proficiency in computer skills is essential, along with the ability to quickly learn new systems. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate services, prioritize workflows, and manage patient expectations. - Manage bookings, account payments, referrals, and appointment scheduling. - Respond professionally to patient requests and phone inquiries. - Perform administrative tasks, including preparing clinic information for specialists, processing insurance claims, and sending patient recalls. - Conduct accurate data entry and maintain patient records. - Undertake other general medical reception and administrative duties as needed. - Adhere to practice policies and procedures. As a front-line role, excellent communication skills and a confident, professional appearance are crucial. You will need to enjoy engaging with clients both in person and over the phone. Flexibility in terms of days and hours will be an advantage. Requirements - Previous experience in a reception or administrative role. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
