We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Lead to join our team and help us maintain the high standards of service that we are known for.
About the Role
As the Administration Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and professional operation of our Retirement Living service. You will be responsible for delivering high-level administrative, financial, and operational support while also leading our Reception team to provide outstanding service to residents, their families, and visitors.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily administrative, reception, and compliance functions
- Managing financial administration tasks such as invoicing, accounts, and reporting
- Supporting HR administration, training coordination, and contractor management
- Providing operational and documentation support across the Retirement Living service
- Ensuring accurate records, processes, and reporting
- Leading, supporting, and coaching Reception staff
- Contributing to a positive resident experience and upholding our values, known as The Selwyn Way
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 to 5 years of administrative or operational experience in a service environment
- Strong financial administration skills
- Excellent communication abilities, exceptional organization, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience in Retirement Living is advantageous
- A helpful, proactive approach and a commitment to providing high-quality service
