About the Company
We are a dynamic company based in Adelaide, specializing in innovative solutions in solar, battery storage, electric vehicle charging, and microgrid applications for commercial and industrial sectors. We are currently seeking multiple skilled electricians to join our dedicated team. The successful candidates will ideally relocate to Adelaide in January or February 2026.
About the Role
In this role, you will be involved in the installation of electric vehicle charging stations, working within mobile shelters for major clients such as Optus, VHA, and Telstra. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing consumer and sub mains, along with switchboards, testing, and related activities.
- Demonstrating effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Working confidently and professionally while being able to operate autonomously.
- Adhering to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Being reliable and punctual, with the ability to meet project deadlines.
- Maintaining current knowledge of AS3000 rules and regulations.
- Having a strong working knowledge of commercial switchboards.
- Installing electrical and communication cabling, solar equipment, and storage solutions as per project requirements.
- Commissioning and integrating photovoltaic and storage systems.
- Performing all work in accordance with the approved Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) for each site.
- Liaising with clients in a professional manner.
- Being prepared for country work, as well as potential afternoon or night shifts and overtime on a project-by-project basis.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Full working rights in Australia.
- A clean criminal history.
- A full driver’s license.
- An OHS White Card (which can be arranged if not already obtained).
- An EWRB Practising License.
