This role will focus on managing a portfolio of clients in the Waikato region, with the option to be based in either Waikato or Auckland.
About the Role
In this position, you will have the opportunity to build strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing education and delivering valuable solutions that assist them in achieving their business performance goals. A key aspect of our strategy involves the adoption of our various systems and packages, which you will actively promote on a daily basis.

This senior role requires flexibility for frequent attendance at evening customer events and hospitality functions. Responsibilities
In this role, you can expect to:
- Engage directly with clients, ranging from agents and administrators to executives in nationwide commercial property businesses, to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Plan and present tailored product solutions that meet the specific needs of clients, applying customized value propositions.
- Confidently pitch digital advertising solutions to clients.
- Take the lead on Trade Me events and training initiatives within your market.
- Travel throughout the region to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Maintain and enhance our reputation as a trusted industry partner while driving sales and increasing revenue.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a Senior Account Management position.
- A proven track record of growing and strengthening relationships with clients at various levels.
- A background in media, particularly digital sales or marketing, is highly advantageous.
- Experience in Real Estate is beneficial but not essential.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities through effective data utilization.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey a compelling narrative to both small and large audiences.
- The ability to work autonomously while on the road or in a home office.
- A genuine curiosity to uncover and address customer challenges.
