About the Role BestStart Park Green is a modern, purpose-designed center nestled in the rapidly developing Rosehill, Karaka area. This is an exceptional opportunity for a fully registered teacher with proven leadership experience to work with children aged 2 to 5. As the Head Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the center's culture and philosophy from the ground up. This key leadership position allows you to build strong relationships, influence the direction of the center, and support the ongoing development of your team. We are looking for a confident, collaborative, and capable leader who shares our values and vision for high-quality early learning. You will lead by example, inspire others, and have a comprehensive understanding of curriculum, planning, and compliance. This is a permanent position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday.
