About the Role We are seeking two skilled and passionate Thai Cooks to enhance our culinary team. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience in preparing authentic Thai dishes and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals while maintaining our standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Thai dishes to a high standard. Consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control is essential. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with food safety standards. During busy service periods, managing food preparation efficiently is crucial, along with assisting in menu development and the creation of special dishes as needed. Additionally, you will monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients, working collaboratively with both kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience. Requirements To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or hold a Level 4 certificate or higher in cookery or a related culinary training program. We are particularly interested in applicants who can prepare a wide variety of traditional Thai dishes, including roasted pork and duck, as well as Thai desserts. The ability to work under pressure while multitasking is essential, along with good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
