In this role, you will support the butcher in daily operations, ensuring that we consistently meet our high standards of meat preparation and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the cutting, trimming, and packaging of meat products. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. - Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. - Assisting in inventory management and restocking supplies. - Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries. - Helping with the labeling and pricing of meat products. - Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.
