About the Role We are currently seeking a summer farm hand to join our team for the busy season. This is a casual position that will run from January 4, 2026, to February 14, 2026. There may be opportunities for ongoing casual work for those who excel in their role. As a farm hand, your daily tasks may include flower picking, quality control, planting, general maintenance, and cleaning. We value hard work and a positive attitude, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for the floral industry. Requirements To be successful in this position, you will need the following: - A full Class 1 driver's license - Experience in picking and/or packing - Physical fitness and a willingness to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions - The right to work in New Zealand; please note that this is not a sponsored role This role is seasonal, but there may be opportunities for ongoing casual work for the right candidate.
