Our clients are dedicated to maintaining high standards of production and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple locations, including Ashburton, Rolleston, Christchurch, and Dunedin. About the Role We are looking for a Maintenance Fitter to join our team in a permanent, site-based role. This position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $35 to $45, depending on experience. You will work on a rotational shift basis, with a schedule of 4 days on followed by 4 days off. Your primary responsibility will be to minimize downtime of the plant, enabling our processing team to operate at their best. This role includes opportunities for various projects, as well as ongoing training and professional development to help you advance in your career. We value your ability to prioritize tasks, respond quickly to breakdowns, and implement preventative measures, all of which are essential in our busy 24-hour operations.
