About the Role We are seeking multiple Machine Operators to become part of our growing team. With numerous clients anticipating starts in January 2026, this is an exciting time to join us. The role is factory-based, so it is essential that you are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating a range of production machinery. Your duties will include: - Maintaining continuous operation of production machinery - Setting up machinery for use - Preparing raw materials - Ensuring batch weight inputs align with job requirements - Maintaining optimum machine output in line with the production plan - Conducting quality checks on finished products - Executing the daily, weekly, and monthly Master Cleaning Schedule Requirements To be successful in this role, you should ideally have experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
