About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead civil-focused projects in the $40-50 million range within the Christchurch region. In this role, you will oversee the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will lead a dedicated project team, manage client relationships, and promote a culture of excellence on site. This senior position requires strong leadership skills and a proven ability to handle all aspects of large-scale civil construction projects.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in a Project Management role within the New Zealand civil construction sector
- A strong track record of successfully delivering projects in the $40-50 million value range
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills
- A deep understanding of NZS3910 and a strong commitment to health and safety
Benefits
