What You'll Be Doing In this role, you will assist both trade and retail customers at the counter by providing product advice, preparing quotes, and processing orders. You will manage the incoming and outgoing goods in our warehouse, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded, stored, and dispatched. Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base is crucial, as is collaborating effectively with the wider team while also being comfortable working independently. What We're Looking For We are looking for a friendly and reliable individual who enjoys helping others and offering effective solutions. Ideally, you will have previous experience in flooring, building supplies, or trade sales. Physical fitness and comfort with manual handling are essential, and while forklift experience and a license are preferred, we are willing to assist you in obtaining these if needed.
