About the Role We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Line Lead to join our team at the D1 plant. This key leadership position is responsible for supervising a team of skilled operators and shift leaders across multiple shifts. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of our production lines, while also driving continuous improvement and enhancing overall business performance. As the Production Line Lead, your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring consistent product quality and driving production efficiency. - Fostering a culture of excellence and meeting yield, cost, and quality targets while maintaining a safe work environment. - Serving as a role model and promoting our desired plant culture. - Developing and enhancing the capabilities of your team. - Actively engaging on the production line to take a hands-on approach. - Providing on-call support for the plant as needed. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience: - Proven experience in leading, developing, and engaging high-performing teams. - A strong track record of achieving operational targets and enhancing efficiency. - At least five years of experience in a dairy manufacturing or food/beverage production environment. - In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and food safety regulations. - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially under pressure. - Excellent communication abilities, with a talent for influencing and collaborating across departments. - Capability to lead change and support business transformation initiatives.
