About the Role We are seeking a self-driven and confident leader for the position of Trading Manager. In this role, you will oversee all shop-floor operations, including areas such as Entertainment, Technology, Apparel, Footwear, and Price Integrity. Working as part of a supportive store management team, you will report directly to the Store Manager. Your responsibilities will include maintaining merchandising and trading standards, ensuring the Manager's Trading Plan is executed effectively, and upholding pricing integrity and product availability. In addition to these tasks, you will have the opportunity to recruit, lead, coach, and motivate your team to excel in their roles, foster a positive work environment, and achieve outstanding results. The overall look and feel of our store, which greatly contributes to the customer experience, will be shaped by you and your team. Requirements To be successful in this management role, you should be able to interpret and execute plans effectively.
