About the Role We are seeking a Sales Support Manager for our store, a role that is central to our commitment to providing exceptional customer service and driving business success. As a key member of our store management team, you will play an essential role in ensuring our front-end operations run smoothly. This includes overseeing checkouts and implementing loss prevention measures, effectively making you the glue that holds our operations together. The position requires availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Sundays and Mondays off. In this role, you will lead a talented team of professionals, inspiring and motivating them to enjoy their work and collaborate effectively. Requirements To excel in this position, you should be a self-driven and confident leader with excellent communication skills.
