About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team at Tauranga Hospital. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 80 hours of work over a fortnight.
This role is ideal for individuals interested in recruitment and HR administration, particularly those who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital part in the recruitment process by providing effective administrative and coordination support for both customer and client interactions. Additionally, you will assist in developing and processing necessary support documentation.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Recruitment and Career inboxes, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries and ensuring messages reach the appropriate parties.
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Advisors with various administrative duties.
- Setting up and coordinating interviews, assisting both hiring managers and candidates.
- Handling data input and invoice management.
- Assisting with the uploading of job advertisements and candidate profiles as needed.
- Supporting the Recruitment Team Lead in various tasks.
About the Location
Our Bay of Plenty Hauora a Toi branch encompasses a vast geographical area, with services centered in two hospitals located in Tauranga and Whakatane. We serve a population of approximately 308,000 across major centers, including Tauranga, Katikati, Te Puke, Whakatane, Kawerau, and Opotiki.
About You
In this role, you will be responsible for providing fast, efficient, and effective administrative support to our Talent Acquisition Advisors, hiring managers, and candidates. To succeed in this position, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- Prior experience as an administrator or coordinator in a recruitment function.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and operate efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Capability to manage competing demands while maintaining focus on key priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, allowing you to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
