About the Role
We are currently seeking Inbound Consultants to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the voice of FMG and the first point of contact for our clients. You will engage with customers daily, responding to inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring we uphold our promise of providing a world-class customer service experience.
This position involves more than just answering the phone. You will be expected to identify and request quality referrals, recognize opportunities, and effectively communicate the benefits of being with FMG to both existing clients and potential new members. We seek Service Superstars who are eager to build a rewarding career with us.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess an excellent telephone manner, high-quality listening skills, and strong problem-solving capabilities. A commitment to customer service is essential, as is the ability to think on your feet. You should be willing to learn, retain complex information, and demonstrate a high level of computer literacy. We will provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you reach your full potential.
