    About the Company We are a dynamic and expanding company based in Christchurch, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service across New Zealand and Australia. Our commitment to creating positive customer interactions drives our success, and we are looking to add a talented Customer Care Representative to our team. About the Role In this full-time position, you will serve as the friendly voice of our brand, acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone. You will engage with customers to guide them through product inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve post-sales challenges with warmth and professionalism. Your ability to build trust and foster positive experiences will ensure that each interaction feels meaningful and valued. This role is based in our Christchurch branch, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the confident expert on the phone, providing product support and addressing general inquiries. - Handle calls with clarity, empathy, and professionalism, regardless of the issue at hand. - Deliver prompt and helpful responses to customer queries through both phone and email communication. - Address and resolve complaints while maintaining a calm and focused demeanor. - Accurately process orders, returns, and account details. - Keep customer records up to date and maintain accuracy in all information. - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term loyalty. - Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs effectively. What You'll Bring - Previous experience in customer care or a similar role is essential. - A confident phone manner and a natural ability to build rapport with customers. - Quick thinking and active listening skills, coupled with a solutions-oriented mindset. - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities. - Capability to multitask and remain composed under pressure. - Comfort in working with CRM systems and managing email communications. - Empathy and patience to effectively address a wide range of customer needs.
