About the Role
We are currently seeking Guest Services Agents who are passionate about service and possess a friendly demeanor. The available shifts for this role are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and have a solid understanding of outstanding guest service, teamwork, and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who enjoys the hospitality industry and is eager to advance their career.
This position requires flexibility, as shifts will vary throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays. A minimum of one year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
In addition to guest services, you may also be required to perform porter duties and assist in other areas of the hotel as necessary. Candidates must hold a valid New Zealand or International driver’s license.

Benefits
