About the Role
In your role as a Waiter at Fortuna, you will be actively engaged with our guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. You will be responsible for clearing plates as diners explore our extensive menu and providing assistance as needed. Given that Fortuna is a large restaurant with a seating capacity of up to 300 people, the environment can be quite busy, and your focus will be on delivering exceptional service to ensure our patrons enjoy their time with us.
About You
We are looking for individuals who are friendly and attentive to detail, ensuring the restaurant remains welcoming and visually appealing. Previous customer service experience is essential, along with the flexibility to work a variety of shifts to accommodate our busy schedule.
