About the Role Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort is currently seeking a full-time Night Guest Service Agent who is enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service. This role involves working three 10-hour shifts per week. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create a welcoming atmosphere that makes them feel at home from the moment they arrive. You will play a key role in guiding guests through their stay, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and providing insights into local attractions and dining options. Your exceptional customer service and positive demeanor will leave a lasting impression on our guests. Key Responsibilities Include - Providing a warm and friendly reception to guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process while addressing any immediate inquiries or needs. - Maintaining clear and courteous communication with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders across various channels, including in-person, phone, and email, to deliver exceptional service. - Overseeing the accurate processing of guest reservations, updates, and special requests, utilizing property management systems to ensure seamless scheduling and availability. - Acting as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, offering prompt assistance, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. Requirements - Proven experience in delivering high-quality service in a hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing environment. - Exceptional ability to articulate information clearly and effectively across various mediums, ensuring precise and professional communication. - A consistent track record of delivering an exceptional standard of service, with a proactive and positive approach to addressing guest needs and exceeding expectations. - Strong skills in fostering positive guest experiences and maintaining high satisfaction levels through attentive service and problem resolution. - A polished and professional presentation that reflects the values and standards of our organization. - A commitment to a dynamic work schedule, including the ability to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts to meet operational requirements.
