In this role, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring that all activities, including receiving, storing, packing, and shipping, run smoothly and efficiently. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead and manage our warehouse staff, providing training and mentorship to help them excel in their roles. You will also ensure compliance with all food safety protocols and coordinate effectively with our logistics, procurement, and production departments. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and work towards enhancing operational efficiencies. Requirements To be successful in this position, you should have proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor and hold a valid forklift license.
