About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Property Manager for our newly developing Blenheim Village. In this role, you will work a standard 40-hour week, Monday through Friday. You will oversee a small team responsible for the ongoing compliance and maintenance of all property, grounds, and other village assets.
Your typical duties will include:
- Managing day-to-day site operations, including repairs and maintenance
- Coordinating refurbishments, contractors, and ongoing projects
- Planning for property and asset management
- Engaging with residents to understand their concerns and feedback, ensuring we create exceptional environments that meet the highest standards
Requirements
We are seeking someone who takes pride in maintaining and developing beautiful gardens and facilities, and who enjoys sharing ideas and passion with their team.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A relevant trade qualification and significant experience in a related field
- A solid understanding of complex building systems and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good overall computer literacy
- Proven experience leading teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills to foster relationships with residents and village teams
