We are not only leading the market but also transforming it. We are currently seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to elevate our presence in Auckland.
About the Role
This position offers you the chance to take ownership of a designated region, develop key partnerships, and drive significant growth. Based in Auckland, you will represent our brand to new clients, supported by a dedicated team committed to long-term success.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
- Proven sales experience with the energy and capability to deliver results
- A strong hunting mentality, skilled in generating leads, building pipelines, and closing deals
- Strategic and commercially savvy insight, with the ability to create tailored proposals
- Natural relationship-building skills, thriving on earning trust and providing value
- Self-motivation and a fast-paced work ethic, while being highly collaborative and team-oriented
- The ability to manage your own territory with a focus on achieving outcomes
- Ideally, experience in the training, health & safety, or transport sectors (this is a plus but not essential)
Requirements
Candidates must currently be eligible to work in New Zealand and hold a full New Zealand driver’s license.
