About the Role
We are seeking a Luxury Travel Consultant to enhance our team. Whether you are an experienced Travel Consultant looking to transition into the luxury market or you have a strong networking background with an established client base, we would love to hear from you. Our focus is on building authentic connections rather than engaging in a fast-paced mass market. We are looking for someone who thrives on delivering impeccable service, nurturing relationships, and growing repeat business.
As a Luxury Consultant at Travel Associates, you will:
- Provide exceptional attention to detail to ensure every aspect of your client’s trip is unforgettable.
- Collaborate with New Zealand's most respected luxury advisors and connect with top suppliers and industry partners through Luxury Travel Collection agents, the premier global luxury travel network.
- Utilize your ambition to create exclusive benefits for each client while building lasting relationships and generating new business through networking and marketing.

- A strong background in travel consulting or networking.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- The ability to foster relationships and create memorable experiences for clients.
- A proactive approach to business development and networking.
Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Unlimited earning potential with a base salary and uncapped commission. We guarantee a minimum annual earning of $60,000, with the opportunity to earn significantly more. Additionally, we assure a minimum of $70,000 in your first six months to help you establish your network and learn our systems.

- A work-life balance with a standard office schedule of 9-5, Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturday shifts on a rotational basis.
