About the Role In your role as a Luxury Travel Consultant at Travel Associates, you will provide outstanding attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of your clients' trips is unforgettable. You will work alongside some of New Zealand's most esteemed luxury travel advisors and will have the opportunity to connect with top suppliers and industry partners through the Luxury Travel Collection, our global luxury travel network. We are looking for individuals who thrive on building authentic connections, delivering impeccable service, and fostering repeat business. Whether you are an experienced Travel Consultant looking to transition to the luxury market or have a background in networking with an established client base, we would love to hear from you. Requirements To succeed in this role, we expect you to channel your ambition towards creating exclusive benefits for each client while building lasting relationships. You should also feel comfortable generating new business through networking and marketing efforts. What You Can Expect Unlimited Earning Potential We offer a competitive base salary with uncapped earnings potential. We guarantee that you will not earn less than $60,000 annually, with the opportunity to earn significantly more. Additionally, during your first six months, we guarantee a minimum earning of $70,000 to allow you time to build your network and familiarize yourself with our systems. Quality Time with Clients You will have the opportunity to meet with clients who book appointments, allowing you to provide exceptional service and organize unforgettable experiences tailored to their needs. Work-Life Balance We value work-life balance and maintain a predominantly 9-5 office environment from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work on a rotational basis.
