About the Role
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join Kiri Te Kanawa Retirement Village in Gisborne as a Caregiver. We currently have a part-time position available, with shifts from Wednesday to Saturday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
In this role, you will have the chance to develop meaningful relationships with our residents and their families. You will follow individual care plans, providing the level of care that you would want for your own loved ones. Utilizing the latest technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman, you will also work closely with and support your colleagues to foster a positive team environment.
About You
To succeed in our supportive and caring environment, you will embody kindness and demonstrate strong empathy. Your outstanding communication skills and reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor will be essential in this role. While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not a requirement.
