About the Role As a Flooring Installer, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding flooring solutions for a diverse range of client sites. Your work will encompass various tasks, including maintenance, patching, and full installations. Each day will offer a mix of hands-on responsibilities, providing a rewarding experience as you transform spaces. Your key responsibilities will include: - Installing various types of flooring, such as vinyl, carpet, laminate, timber, and tiles - Preparing surfaces, applying underlays, and leveling floors - Completing repairs and replacements with precision - Ensuring quality finishes and adhering to safety compliance on all projects - Collaborating with other tradespeople, including carpenters, painters, and project managers - Finalizing job documentation and conducting client handovers What We’re Looking For We are looking for candidates who possess: - Proven experience in flooring installation, whether in residential or commercial settings - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship - Confidence in using a variety of flooring tools, adhesives, and materials - The ability to read and follow floor plans and job specifications - A full New Zealand driver’s license - A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
