About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Class 5 Operator to join our dynamic and skilled team in Dunedin. This role offers a balanced mix of Metro and Linehaul work, along with the opportunity for Swinglift exposure for those interested in expanding their skill set. Candidates should maintain a clean and tidy in-cab presentation. Flexibility is essential to meet business and seasonal demands. Your commitment to safety, vehicle maintenance, and operation will help us uphold the high standards that our loyal customers and suppliers expect. Work Pattern This is a full-time, permanent position with a regular roster. The typical work pattern is dayshift from Monday to Friday, with availability required every second weekend. Average shifts will range from 10 to 12 hours. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A Class 5 Licence (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of experience, showcasing your reliability and flexibility. - An F endorsement and OSH Certificate are preferred but not essential. - A good geographical knowledge of the Otago region. - An aptitude for learning new technologies, demonstrating adaptability. - A passion for teamwork and customer service, with an eagerness to share your favorite experiences.
