About the Role
We are hiring full-time Scaffolders for permanent positions available nationwide across all regions of New Zealand. We are seeking organized and trustworthy individuals who take pride in their workmanship. You will be motivated and results-driven, with site locations assigned based on project demands.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for building and erecting scaffolding and working platforms for construction projects. This includes constructing stands and tiered seating for public events like concerts or sporting events.
You will inspect areas requiring scaffolding and make calculations to determine the appropriate scaffolding needed. Your duties will include unloading materials, assembling frameworks, and securing ladders, rails, and other attachments. Additionally, you will check and maintain scaffolding equipment, conduct safety inspections, and dismantle scaffolding upon project completion. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of two years of relevant scaffolding experience. A friendly demeanor, strong time management skills, and an excellent work ethic are essential.

Nationwide Opportunity and Travel
While this position is listed in Southland, we are recruiting for roles that will be deployed across all regions of New Zealand based on project needs. The regions include:
North Island: Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay, Taranaki, Manawatu-Whanganui, Wellington.
South Island: Tasman, Nelson, Marlborough, West Coast, Canterbury, Otago, Southland.
Applicants from any of these regions are encouraged to apply, and candidates must be willing to travel or relocate as necessary. Relocation costs will be covered by our company.
Benefits
The pay for this position ranges from a minimum of $26.00 per hour to a maximum of $40.00 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week. We provide full-time, permanent roles, along with necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools.
