About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Compactor, Tractor, and Digger Operators for various projects. The work schedule will typically run from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Pay rates will range from $25 to $35 per hour, based on experience. Key Responsibilities As a Compactor Operator, you will be responsible for operating compactors to level, compact, and smooth construction surfaces as per project specifications. As a Tractor Operator, your role will involve handling tractors for a variety of agricultural and construction tasks, ensuring that operations are efficient and effective. As a Digger Operator, you will utilize diggers to excavate, move, and grade earth, rock, and other materials for construction and landscaping projects. Requirements To be considered for these positions, you should have proven experience in operating compactors, tractors, or diggers. A strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures is essential, along with the ability to perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Valid operating licenses and certifications are required, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. You should also be flexible and able to work in various weather conditions and locations.
