About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Parts Salesperson to join our Alliance Truck & Bus team based in Wiri. This role is integral to our operations, as you will become the trusted go-to resource for all things UD and Volvo. If you are passionate about the heavy transport industry and are looking to advance your career, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact.
In this position, you will report to the Parts Manager and play a crucial role within a high-performing team. Collaboration with service advisors and workshop staff will be key to ensuring our operations run smoothly.

You should bring:
- Proven experience in heavy transport parts, with UD and Volvo experience being a bonus.
- Strong collaboration skills, enabling effective communication with the service team and technicians to ensure a smooth workflow.
- A customer-first mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver outstanding service.
- Solid technical understanding, with the capability to problem-solve and identify the right solutions quickly.
- Confidence in using digital parts systems and tools to manage stock, orders, and communication efficiently.
