About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Consultant to join our Parts Team. In this role, you will work alongside other parts professionals to provide outstanding support to our diverse customer base. Your responsibilities will include procuring parts for customers and our workshop, participating in stock takes, and managing key customer accounts. Additionally, you will handle sales inquiries and provide support and training to junior staff members. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, a solid understanding of the automotive industry, and a genuine passion for trucks. You should possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. We welcome applicants who have at least two years of retail parts sales experience or those currently in a Parts Assistant role looking to advance their career.
