About the Role
We are currently seeking a Power Technician to join our team based in Paeroa. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering expert-level support for protection systems, as well as the maintenance and installation of SCADA systems. Your work will directly contribute to the reliability and performance of our distribution clients, ensuring that communities remain safe, connected, and able to thrive.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and experience:
- Relevant EWRB Registration and a current Practising Licence
- Full New Zealand Class 1 Driver's Licence
- Demonstrable experience in the commissioning, testing, and maintenance of high voltage protection systems and schemes, including substation plant and systems, as well as HV and LV plant and assets
- Experience with the maintenance and installation of SCADA and communication equipment is preferred
