About the Role
In the position of Fitter Turner Machinist, you will play a key role in the manufacturing and assembly of components for various machines and equipment produced by our company. Your expertise will contribute to our ongoing commitment to quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble components according to specifications and deadlines.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of your work.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Engage in CNC programming and operation.
- Ensure accuracy in measurements and calibrations.
Key Values We're Looking For
- A strong focus on precision, particularly with skills in turning, facing, parting, grooving, boring, and knurling.
- Quick thinking, observant, and patient in your approach to tasks.
- Trade-qualified Fitter/Turner/Machinist, preferably with experience working with stainless steel and alloys.
- Mechanical Engineer - Level 4 certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with pneumatics and hydraulics, along with some electrical knowledge is a plus.
