About the Role We are looking for a Purchasing EAM Analyst to join our team in a crucial role that leverages your expertise in purchasing systems to drive meaningful operational improvements. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Assets & Engineering team to place purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers, ensuring the availability of stock and enabling timely repairs or replacements. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end procurement process for goods, consumables, and contractor services. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for our EAM, M3, SAP, and Ariba systems, ensuring timely replenishment, accurate purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and effective supplier coordination. Additionally, you will support master data changes, maintain system integrity, and liaise with both internal teams and external suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and smooth operations. Requirements We are seeking a proactive communicator who enjoys collaborating with internal teams and suppliers while consistently looking for ways to enhance processes and system accuracy. You should possess a collaborative mindset, be adaptable, and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining compliance and high operational standards. The ideal candidate will have: - A minimum of one year of experience in a purchasing role. - Two to three years of experience in Engineering, IT, or Procurement, with knowledge of engineering parts and materials preferred. - Experience with Hexagon EAM and M3 is desirable. - Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
