About the Role
We are seeking a Purchasing EAM Analyst to join our team in a crucial role that leverages your expertise in purchasing systems to drive operational excellence. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Assets & Engineering team to place purchase orders, ensuring stock availability and timely repairs or replacements through effective supplier alignment.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing purchasing processes, managing new parts and materials in conjunction with the project team, and maintaining master data to facilitate process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods, consumables, and contractor services.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for EAM, M3, SAP, and Ariba systems in purchasing.
- Ensure timely replenishment, accurate purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and effective supplier coordination.
- Support master data changes and maintain system integrity.
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for a proactive communicator who engages with internal teams and suppliers while continuously seeking to improve processes and system accuracy. You should be collaborative, able to work cross-functionally, yet also comfortable working independently. Adaptability and a commitment to compliance and high operational standards are essential.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a purchasing role.
- 2-3 years of experience in Engineering, IT, or Procurement, with knowledge of engineering parts and materials preferred.
- Familiarity with Hexagon EAM & M3 is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
