About Watercare
At Watercare, we understand that when water is healthy, the land and the people thrive. As the largest water and wastewater utility in New Zealand, we provide over 400 million liters of water to Auckland every day. We are currently embarking on an ambitious plan to invest $14 billion over the next decade to support our growing city in a climate-resilient manner. This equates to an investment of approximately $3.8 million each day.
Our commitment to sustainability is central to our operations. We continuously seek ways to protect our water resources for future generations, focusing on initiatives that reduce our carbon footprint, such as solar panels, electric vehicles, and revegetation programs. We are dedicated to making a positive difference in our community.
