About the Role We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our civil crews in Auckland. We have a variety of local civil projects available, including roading, subdivisions, and infrastructure upgrades. Whether you are interested in general laboring, drainage, machine operating, concrete work, or traffic control, there are numerous opportunities to engage in exciting work across different sites. We are looking to fill the following roles: - Civil Labourers: Responsibilities include manual handling, digging, assisting skilled workers, and site clean-up. - Drainlayers: Duties involve trenching, spotting, and laying pipe. - Machine Operators: Experience with diggers (both large and small), loaders, and rollers is required (WTR certification needed). - Concrete Workers: Tasks include pouring, formwork, placing, and finishing concrete. - Traffic Controllers: Ensure site safety and proper traffic management (TC and STMS certifications required). Requirements To be successful in these roles, we need you to have: - Relevant civil experience in one of the roles mentioned above. - WTR certification for machine operators (Class 2 is a bonus). - A TC ticket if you are applying for a traffic control position. - A Site Safe certification is an advantage. - A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to work in all weather conditions. - A positive attitude and readiness to contribute to the team.
