About the Role We are currently seeking dedicated team members to join our small team at the plant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are received and processed accurately and on time. You will operate within a shift work schedule that includes both day and night shifts. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring production and processes through SCADA control panels, identifying any issues that arise, and seeking appropriate assistance when necessary. Requirements To be successful in this position, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - A valid forklift license - Previous plant experience or a strong desire to gain this experience - Ability to work shifts independently when required - Reliable transportation - A strong focus on health and safety - Willingness to learn and develop new skills - Mechanical skills are advantageous - Must be drug-free and willing to undergo a screening process This position is permanent and involves shift work.
