About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Process Technicians who are based in New Zealand and are looking for a new challenge, a better lifestyle, and long-term career stability. This position offers an opportunity to relocate to Charters Towers in North Queensland, and we are open to providing relocation assistance for the right candidates. This role presents a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position working at our Pajingo Gold Mine. We offer flexibility regarding roster preferences, including options for a 2/1 or 7/7 lifestyle roster. The Opportunity As a Process Technician, you will play a key role in a close-knit processing team responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the gold processing plant. Your hands-on responsibilities will encompass fixed plant operations, which include: - Crushers, conveyors, feeders, and mills - Cyclones, thickeners, and CIP circuits - Pumps, slurry flows, sampling, and reagent handling - Mobile plant operations and general plant housekeeping We are committed to your development and will provide training opportunities for candidates who demonstrate a strong safety focus, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. About You To be successful in this role, you should ideally possess: - A minimum of 2 years’ experience in gold processing operations - The ability to operate fixed plant equipment independently and safely - An understanding of water and tailings management - Exposure to SCADA systems and gold room/elution support (highly regarded) Licences and Tickets: - Loader and Skid Steer/Bobcat operational competency - A full Manual New Zealand driver’s license (with the willingness to transfer to a Queensland license) - NZQA units in Confined Space and Working at Heights (desirable) Why Join Us?
