About the Company We are partnering with a busy mechanical assembly workshop that offers a long-term opportunity for the right candidate. Our client is dedicated to providing quality service and products and is looking to expand their team. About the Role We are currently seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join the workshop team. In this role, you will assist in assembling small trailers and addressing any paint defects. Full training will be provided, and there will be opportunities to upskill in various areas, enhancing your professional development. Your primary duties will include mechanical assembly of trailers, assembling sub-assemblies primarily using bolts, and operating hand and/or power tools. You may also assist with fixing paint defects on horse floats and perform general laboring duties around the workshop. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, based in Middleton. The starting rate for this position is $25.00 per hour plus 8% holiday pay.
